Terms and conditions

​The following are Aleevar Consulting's training course terms and conditions 

1. Aleevar Consulting Sdn Bhd (the company) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient training course participants (the participant) or unforeseen circumstances. 

2. Payment made is NOT refundable. However, due to circumstances that participant is not able to attend the training course

   1. The participant may request to postpone to another upcoming date listed (if any)

   2. The participant may assign another person(s) to attend the course on his behalf

3. Training course participant’s postponement requests or assignment must be sent by email three (3) days before the course commencement date or for emergency cases, a twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is sufficient. 

4. In the event of the company cancels or postpones the training course, the participants will be notified through email, at least three (3) working days in advance. For emergency cases, less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be given instead.

   1. The company will notify participant through email on the next available date (if any)

   2. If the company is not able to provide the next available date, the company will refund the participant in the full amount
