FIRST ASSIGNMENT
COVID-19 had disrupted worldwide public health. Despite of the lockdown and business disruption, Aleevar responded with the first and free webinar in Apr 2020 titled COVID-19 Pandemic: Consumer & Business Shifts and Climate Change and followed by 10 more webinars with business partners for organisations. We implemented austerity measures (AM) to sustain the operation.
Kickstart with delivery the first 3 projects in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Shariah Compliance Financing and Modest Fashion (MF) with 3 staff.
DATA AUTOMATION AND ANALYTICS
Business shift where we invested resource to offer data automation, analytics and dashboard advisory on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) besides management consulting services.
We delivered assignments in Franchise (i.e. F&B, ECE, MF, Pawnbroking), Kitchen Ventilation solution and Financial Assistance in Affordable Housing.
