NAWEM Sustainability Impact Report (3 July 2024 – 30 June 2025)
From July 2024 to June 2025, the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia (NAWEM) Penang had been driving a meaningful change in healthcare accessibility through an innovative medication delivery programme. In partnership with Penang General Hospital, Hospital Seberang Jaya, and Hospital Bukit Mertajam, NAWEM enables patients to conveniently collect prescriptions from 14 participating community pharmacies across Penang — bringing healthcare closer to home.
To provide a report, transparency and effective tracking, NAWEM engaged Aleevar Consulting to develop an interactive dashboard. This tool visualises patient collection hotspots, measures environmental impact, and highlights governance indicators, providing stakeholders with a 1-page interactive insights.

NAWEM’s experience demonstrates that even small shifts in healthcare delivery can lead to significant social and environmental gains.
